Three Pillar Nutrition Challenge
If you are interested in getting leaner, stronger, or more out of your workouts, then this is for you. The No Bull Nutrition Challenge will teach you about flexible dieting and how to use it to help you reach your goals.
How it will work: Each participant will receive individualized macronutrient daily totals (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) from Steph at No Bull Nutrition. How you reach your total macros is entirely up to you. What that means is that there are not any foods that will be “off limits”. You get to eat what you want as long as it hits your daily macronutrient goals.
Participants will then check- in with Steph each week via email. She will make weekly adjustments to your individual macronutrient numbers based off of feedback you have provided. You will receive points based on your participation.
When: Monday, February 1st -Thursday, March 31st.

Valhalla Athletics Strength Camp Begins
Magni members- ever been talking with your friends, telling them about all the badass things you do in here every day, and all they have to say is “I could never do that.” Do you have friends that say they’d like to try CrossFit, but think they need to be in shape before they start,or are completely intimidated by the idea of barbells? Well this is for all those people! Introducing Valhalla Strength camp! Valhalla Strength Camp is geared towards those people who are looking to get in shape for the first time, get back into the gym after a long layoff, or are intimidated by the idea of throwing barbells around for an hour. It will be more conditioning based, using medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, and TRX’s. Strength camp will be held twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9AM).
